HOW IT WORKS

One room. From first message to signed contract.

Every NegotiateWind deal moves through three phases. They are not a rigid pipeline, they are how the conversation already flows. Here is what each one looks like inside the app.

SEND

A proposal becomes a room.

The moment you send a player, NW opens a deal room. Player profile, terms, video, mandate, everything in one feed instead of forty WhatsApp threads.

  • Both sides see who is licensed, who is verified, who is bluffing

  • The agent sees when the club opened it, watched, forwarded internally

  • The club sees only real players from real agents, no Transfermarkt links pretending to be deals

TALK

Chat where deals already happen.

You negotiate in the same chat habits you already use. NW listens, structures the terms as they come up, and shows both sides what is proposed, agreed, or still in dispute.

  • AI detects salary, fees, clauses, dates from natural messages

  • Every term labelled net or gross. The "I thought we said net" deaths stop

  • Status badges in real time, so nobody negotiates against a moving target

SIGN

Terms become a contract.

When both sides agree, NW assembles the contract from the agreed terms. Signing happens in‑app, then administration tracks itself instead of being chased.

  • Contract auto‑generated from the terms you already agreed in chat

  • E‑signing in‑app, no PDF passing around or printer hunting

  • Visas, medicals, training compensation, registration, all tracked on a timeline

ACROSS EVERY DEAL

Memory you don't have to maintain. Phases that flex around real deals.

Memory across people

Your lawyer joins in month four, reads a 60‑second AI summary, and walks in informed. Nobody re‑explains a deal twice.

Memory across time

A deal that died last summer reopens this winter with full history intact. No "what did we agree again?" archaeology.

Phases that flex

Deals can start at Proposal, Negotiation, Agreement, or Administration. Skip phases, reopen them, NW adapts to how your deal actually flows.
